Pumpkin Waffles

I am such a basic girl when it comes to pumpkin everything the second fall hits. I’m also proud to say my children are the same. I am so thrilled to share our easy fall breakfast. Often the recipes I share on my blog and Instagram are extravagant but when it comes to breakfast, I am all about easy.

My kids were so excited when I told them we were having pumpkin shaped and flavored waffles. When scrolling on Amazon a few weeks ago I found the perfect fall purchase. A pumpkin waffle marker. Now I could post about an amazing made from scratch recipe for pumpkin waffles but why do that when you can just rush on over to Trade Joe’s. This box of Pumpkin flavor pancake mix worked perfectly in the waffle maker. Also, they taste amazing. I served these to my kids with strawberries, blueberries, and whip cream.
